In 2024, several of our trainees successfully completed their training and are now at the beginning of their careers.

Bela Olbricht and Tim Gagsteiger completed their apprenticeships as industrial mechanics in February. On July 19, Dominik Gross and Tim Kemmelmeyer completed their apprenticeships as machine and plant operators, while Jana Ott and Chris Mühlöder also successfully completed their qualifications as industrial clerks and IT specialists.

All graduates have been offered the opportunity to continue working at GUTMANN, highlighting their outstanding performance during their training. Particularly noteworthy is that Jana, Chris, and Tim K. additionally received a state award from the government of Middle Franconia. We will provide more details in a separate report.

We are proud of our graduates and look forward to accompanying them on their further journeys. Congratulations to all!
