As part of the restructuring of the GUTMANN site in Weissenburg, key organisational adjustments to areas of responsibility have been implemented. The Sales division now also includes Customer Service and the Digital team, headed by the experienced team leaders Peter Wiens and Michael Benesch.

Overall responsibility lies with Thomas Reinert, who assumed the strategic leadership of Sales as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) on 1 November 2025.

Having already served as Sales Director for metal composite and architectural hardware systems in Germany and Austria since 2021, he has been responsible for all sales activities across the company since February 2025 — including international markets and the growing aluminum systems division. As CSO, all sales-related responsibilities are now centrally managed under his leadership.
